Questions and objections
For short stays it's usually the whole period plus a refundable deposit. We tell you the exact terms for that option before booking.
Panda's work is paid through the service. Rent and the deposit you pay the landlord or the apartment directly — we never hold them.
Give us three days' notice and we'll extend at the same price if the place is free. If it isn't, we find a replacement with no extra matching fee.
We have regular contractors in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. Elsewhere we find someone for the task — ask and we'll check the timing.
