Questions and objections
We send options before booking, and you choose. Rebooking somewhere else the same day is fine unless the restaurant takes a deposit.
With any active order the booking is free. A standalone booking is paid through Panda before we call the restaurant. The bill at the restaurant is yours.
Message the concierge and we'll cancel or move it. If the restaurant took a deposit, we tell you its terms before booking.
We have our own list of places in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. Elsewhere we book on request — just ask.
