Questions and objections
Tell the concierge and we'll replace them the next day at no extra cost. On long projects we can do it the same day if a car is free.
Payment goes through Panda at a price confirmed before work starts. Parking and tolls are counted separately and agreed in the chat.
The first 8 hours are in the day rate. Beyond that we charge by the hour and agree it in the chat — the driver doesn't stay on without your “yes”.
We have regular drivers in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. Elsewhere we find one for the task — ask and we'll check the timing.
