Questions and objections
References and the portfolio are agreed before the shoot, which removes most of the disagreements. One round of retouching revisions is included; the concierge handles contested cases.
The work is paid through Panda: a deposit once the quote is agreed, the rest on handover of the files. Location hire is paid separately and in advance.
Usage rights pass to you under the contract. The scope — commercial use, social media, the website — is fixed before the shoot so there's no argument later.
We have regular specialists in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. Elsewhere we arrange travel — ask and we'll quote.
